Puzzle Tiles added

Making the Puzzle Tiles prototype was good exercise. There were a lot of things that were challenging to add. For example picking up the topmost tile when several are overlapping. Trimming the image so it's ratio exactly matches the amount of tiles in the width and height.

I used the CardMaker to make the tiles. They're all attached under aspect2d so to interact with them I modified Clicking on 3D objects. You need to traverse render2d instead of render for example. I learned a lot. 

The result is playable but there are several features that I would like to add to it eventually. Most importantly the ability to zoom in and out.
